摘要
通过对清末以来我国大学治理结构变迁的脉络梳理与分析,发现我国大学治理结构变迁的路径选择缺乏大学治理理念支撑,以强制性变迁路径为主且缺乏一致目标,从而导致了我国大学治理结构存在治理主体单一、治理结构缺乏效率等问题。构建一个适应社会发展要求、符合本国实际和大学逻辑的大学治理结构,要求我们重构现代大学治理理念,克服大学治理结构变迁过程中的路径依赖,并且注重强制性变迁和诱致性变迁之间的适时转化。
Carding and analysis the path selection of our country university governance structure change since the Qing Dynasty, we found that path selection is lack of support of governance philosophy, and it was mainly compulsory institutional change and has no consistent goal. These have lead to some problems in our country university governance structure： governance body is single and governance structure is lack of efficiency, and so on. Building a university governance structure which conforms to Chinese realities , the needs of social development and university logic, requires to reconstruction modern university governance philosophy, to overcome the path dependence in the process of university governance structure, and pay attention to the timely transformation between compulsory institutional change and induced institutional change.
