摘要 针对传统车辆油耗检测系统存在的不足,设计了一种基于汽车底盘测功器的车辆油耗检测系统。分析了车辆油耗测量的方法,阐述了油耗检测系统的组成。系统使用51系列单片微处理器,采用模块化设计。根据汽油与柴油车辆的不同特点,分别采用重量式和容积式油耗变送器进行油耗测量。系统测试性能良好。 A vehicle oil consumption measurement system based on vehicle chassis dynamometer is designed to overcome the disadvantage of traditional systems. The vehicle oil consumption measurement mode is analyzed. The composition of hardware system in oil consumption measurement is described in particular. The system uses a microprocessor of the 51 Series, with a block structure in the hardware design. Gravimetrical and volumetric oil consumption transmitters are used separately in accordance with the different characteristics of diesel oil vehicles. Performance of the measurement system is excellent.
