摘要
培养创新人才不仅是高校的终极追求,也是社会对高校的要求与期待。高校在培养创新人才的过程中应转变学生的思维方式,创建具有创新教育理念的教师队伍,进行合理的课程设置和调整,构建和谐自由的校园环境,为培养创新人才提供一个科学的有效的创新环境。
The cultivation of creative talents is not only the ultimate pursuit of universities,but also the demand and expectation of society on universities.In the process of cultivating creative talents,universities should first transform the way of thinking of students,and construct a faculty which has the idea of creative education,then reasonably adjust the setting of course,and then build a harmonious and free campus environment to provide a scientific and effective innovation environment for the cultivation of creative talents.
