两种不同药物组成方案根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效及费用评估 被引量:5

摘要 目的:评价两种不同药物组成方案根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效及费用。方法:120例经内镜确诊为消化性溃疡、慢性胃炎,并14C呼气试验阳性患者随机分为2组,A组采用质子泵抑制剂(PPI)+四环素+呋喃唑酮+阿莫西林,B组用标准四联疗法PPI+果胶铋+阿莫西林+克拉霉素;两组治疗14 d,治疗结束4周后复查14C尿素呼气试验,比较治疗效果及治疗费用。结果:A组与B组Hp根除率分别为91.67%(55/60)和90%(54/60),差异无显著意义(P>0.05);A组与B组药品费用分别为136.40元和342.36元,差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。结论:PPI联合四环素、呋喃唑酮及阿莫西林根除清化道HP感染具有治疗效果好、费用低的优点。
