摘要
作为我国支柱性能源品种,煤炭资源的有效供给决定着我国能源供应安全体系的建立。文章利用各省煤炭输入、输出数据,利用GIS手段,对中国1952—2008年煤炭资源供应的时空格局变化和影响进行了分析,结果表明:第一,中国煤炭资源产业的发展受国家政策变动影响深刻,每一次政策变化都会引起能源消费规模的变化,即便如此,煤炭消费结构却一直在向高效化发展;第二,近年来全国范围内强烈的能源消费需求使得我国不得不进行大规模、跨区域、长距离的煤炭运输,但受资源本底的影响,煤炭生产集中程度开始不断上升;第三,煤炭输出省经济发展与煤炭资源开发密切相关,同时又受到资源的"诅咒";第四,要实现资源输出省可持续发展,现行资源输出模式是否恰当值得反思。
Coal is the main energy of China and support its economic development in the past years, weather coal resources is available determine the China＇s energy security. This paper analysis the time-spatial pattern change of China coal resource supply from 1952-2008 and find that： firstly, national policy have profound impact on the development of China coal resource industry, each policy change bring great energy consumption fluctuation, fortunately the coal consumption structure evolutes to more clean and efficiency all the way. Secondly, strong energy demand make China have to make large-scale and long-distance coal transportation, so coal production central ration increase constantly in recent years. Thirdly, coal resource brings economic increase to coal resource enrichment provinces and course resource curse too. Fourthly, how to realize the sustainable development and weather current coal resource export pattern is appropriate need be consideration.
