炎症小体及其与肾脏疾病的关系

摘要 NLRs及其形成的多蛋白水解复合物—炎症小体,作为炎症反应的核心,被各种外源或内源的刺激通过不同的信号通路激活,进而诱导caspase-1分子活化,引起IL-1β、IL-18、IL-33等促炎细胞因子分泌,在肾脏炎症反应过程中发挥重要作用。本文就炎症小体的结构、活化信号、激活通路及对肾脏疾病作用的近期研究作一综述。 NLRs and the formation of multiprotein proteolytic complexes—inflammasomes,as the core of the inflammatory response,activated by various exogenous or endogenous stimuli through different signaling pathways,thereby induce activation of caspase-1 molecules and secretion of inflammatory cytokines,such as IL-1β、IL-18、IL-33,play an important role in the process of renal inflammation.Here we review the current knowledge regarding the structure、triggers and pathway of activation,and functional role of the inflammasomes in kidney disease.
