道路摩擦阻力变化时CVT综合控制策略

Integrated control strategy of CVT with changing frictional force of the road

摘要 文章针对道路摩擦阻力经常发生变化时,对装有无级变速器的车辆,在分析该工况对经济性和动力性需求的基础上,提出综合控制策略,并结合发动机台架试验,建立了Matlab/Simulink整车模型。典型工况仿真表明,综合控制模式在道路摩擦阻力经常变化时,比动力性模式和经济性模式都要好,而且可以同时拥有经济性和动力性的优点,从而表明了综合控制策略的可行性。 Considering that the frictional force of the road is often changing,an integrated control strategy for the car equipped with continuously variable transmission(CVT) is proposed based on the working conditions' requirements for dynamic performance and economic efficiency.The Matlab/Simulink whole vehicle model is established based on the bench test of engine.The results of simulation for the typical working conditions show that the integrated control mode is better than the dynamic mode and the economic mode,and has high economic efficiency and good dynamic performance when the frictional force of the road is changing.Thus the integrated control strategy is proved to be feasible.
