摘要
变速器作为汽车动力传递过程中的一个重要环节,对整车燃油经济性的好坏起着至关重要的作用。本文利用MATLAB/simulink仿真软件,对配备四档自动档变速器(AT)和新型的金属带式无级变速器(CVT)2种不同类型变速器的车辆在等加速工况下进行了能耗仿真研究,由仿真结果得知,加速加速度分别为0.5和1.5时,CVT车辆与四档AT车辆相比,车速低于50km/h时百公里节油4.3%和3.3%;车速为70km/h时,百公里节油8.9%和6.1%,车速为80km/h时,百公里节油9.2%和21.8%。可见,车速越高,加速度越大,无级变速器车辆经济性提高效果越显著。
The transmission,as an important part of power transmission process,plays a crucial role to the vehicle fuel economy.This paper has carried on simulation analysis of energy consumption to the vehicle with 4-AT and the metal-belt CVT in equal acceleration condition by MATLAB / simulink simulation software.According to simulation results,When the acceleration are 0.5 and 1.5,CVT saves energy 4.3% and 3.3% than 4-AT below 50km / h speed,saves 8.9% and 6.1% in 70km / h,saves 9.2% and 21.8% in 80km / h.It can be seen,the higher vehicle speed and greater acceleration,the better economy for CVT vehicle.
