摘要
以我国420家高技术企业为研究样本,运用SPSS15.0与AMOS7.0软件,对高技术企业技术核心能力的要素构成进行了探索性与验证性因素分析。研究结果显示,高技术企业技术核心能力由吸收能力、研发能力、技术创新能力与延展能力四要素组成。该四维结构模型较好地反映了中国高技术企业自主创新能力不强背景下的技术核心能力要素组成状况。
Using 420 samples of Chinese hi-tech enterprises, the paper makes an exploring and confirmatory factor analysis to the elements of technology core competence of hi-tech enterprise by SPSS15.0 and AMOS7. 0. The result indicates that technology core competence of hi-tech enterprise is composed of four elements which include absorption competence, R＆D competence, technology innovation competence and extension competence. This model could reflect the composition of technology core competence preferably under the background of the vcor independent innovation com^tence of hi-tech entervrise in China.
