摘要 目的:探讨卡介苗多糖核酸和沙美特罗/氟替卡松(舒利迭)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chro-nic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者免疫功能和肺通气功能的影响。方法:将60例稳定期COPD患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予氨茶碱、异丙托溴铵等治疗,观察组给予沙美特罗/氟替卡松和卡介苗多糖核酸,随访3个月,比较两组患者的血清IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+和CD8+水平,以及肺功能改善情况。结果:与对照组比较,观察组患者血清IgA和CD4+水平明显升高,CD8+水平明显降低,肺功能明显改善,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:卡介苗多糖核酸和沙美特罗/氟替卡松可以改善稳定期COPD患者的机体免疫功能和肺通气,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To explore the effect of BCG-PSN and salmeterol and fluticason on immune function and pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stabilization.Method: 60 patients with COPD in stabilization were randomly divided into the intervention group(30 cases) and control group(30 cases).The control group was given routine treatment including salbutamol and ipratmpium,the intervention group was given BCG-PSN and salmeterol and fluticason.The serum IgA、IgG、IgM、CD3+、CD4+ and CD8+ levels,and pulmonary functions of the two groups were observed before the treatment and 3 months after the treatment.Result: The pulmonary functions of the intervention group improved by the end of 3 months,blood IgA and CD4+ were significantly higher,CD8+ significantly lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P0.05).Conclusion: The treatment of COPD in stabilization inhaling BCG-PSN and salmeterol and fluticason is effective in improving immune function and pulmonary function,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
