摘要
目的探讨沐舒坦雾化吸入联合卡介菌多糖核酸治慢性喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法比较常规治疗与加入沐舒坦雾化吸入联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗的疗效。结果治疗组总有效率可达96%,对照组总有效率可达75%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论沐舒坦雾化吸入联合卡介菌多糖核酸注射液治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效显著,能缩短疗程,提高疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of atomizing inhalation of ambroxol combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment of chronic asthmatic bronchitis.Methods Compared to conventional therapy with Mucosolvan aerosol inhalation treatment combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid treatment.Results The total ef ective rate of treatment group was 92%,total ef ective rate of the control group was 73%,the curative ef ect of treatment group was bet er than the control group.Conclusion Ambroxol Aerosol Inhalation Combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection curative effect of treating asthmatic airway significantly,can shorten the course of treatment,improve the therapeutic ef ect.
