油茶籽油中苯并(a)芘的快速检测方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:建立一种反相高效液相色谱法快速测定油茶籽油中苯并(a)芘含量的新方法。方法:样品经溶剂提取后直接进行检测,采用岛津InertsilODS-SPC18色谱柱,以90%乙腈-10%水为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,荧光检测器。结果:苯并(a)芘的浓度在0.5~50μg/mL范围内时,峰面积与含量具有良好的线性关系(r=0.9994);方法的精密度良好,平均相对标准偏差为1.01%,平均加标回收率为93.8%。结论:前处理简单、结果准确可靠、方法易于推广。 Objective: A method for rapid detection of benzo (a) pyrene in the oil-tea camellia seed oil was established by means of RP-HPLC.Methods:The sample after being treated with solvent was directly determined under the following conditions: Shimadzu inertsil ODS- SP column, acetonitrile-water (90/10) at the flow speed of 1.0mL/min, and the fluorescence detector. Results: A good linear relationship of peak area with benzo (a) pyrene content occurred( r = 0.9994)when the concentration of benzo (a) pyrene was from 0.5-50pg/mL. The average relative standard deviation was 1.01% and the average recovery of added standard sample was 93.8%. Conclusion :The pretreament was simple,rapid,accurate and easy to popularize.
