摘要
阐述了在建设工程中加强设计阶段工程造价控制的重要性,分析了目前设计阶段工程造价控制的常见问题,并提出了控制的对策及措施,以保证建设项目投资的控制、质量、效益等达到最好。
This thesis expounds the importance of strengthening engineering cost at design phase in construction project,analyzes common engineering cost control problems occurring at design phase,and finally proposes controlling countermeasures,so as to guarantee the control,quality,and efficiency of construction project investment to be best.
