从投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招标投标阶段、施工阶段对如何做好建设项目工程造价的全过程控制进行了阐述,以提高建设项目投资控制水平,从而促进我国社会主义市场经济的发展。
From investment decision stage, design stage, bid invitation and submission stage and construction stage the measures to do the whole procedure cost control of construction project well are elaborated, in order to increase the cost control level and promote the development of market economy of our country.
