红霉素耐药相关的MP基因23SrRNA序列分析

摘要 MP是儿童和青少年呼吸道感染常见的病原体,其导致的肺炎及肺外并发症对儿童健康危害严重[1-3].MP缺乏细胞壁,故对作用于细胞壁的抗生素如青霉素类、头孢菌素类不敏感,而对影响细菌蛋白质合成的抗生素如大环内酯类、喹诺酮类等敏感[4].随着红霉素广泛应用于治疗MP感染,MP的耐药现象日益严重.现已证实MP对红霉素耐药主要与23S rRNA基因的点突变有关.为此,本研究通过对西安地区分离培养的MP菌株的23S rRNA基因进行序列分析,探讨本地区MP耐药菌株23S rRNA基因突变和耐药的关系.
