摘要
阐释科技期刊编辑的社会责任,论述科技期刊编辑应承担政治责任、把关责任、传播先进文化的责任、创新责任、发现和培养科技人才的责任、实现两个效益的责任、促进国际交流与合作的责任、应对突发事件的责任,指出科技期刊编辑要与时俱进,勇于承担相应的社会责任。
The article expounds the connotation of the social responsibility of the editor for science and technology periodical, and discusses the responsibilities taken by the editor for science and technology periodical： political responsibility, the gatekeeping responsibility, the responsibility for propagating advanced culture, the responsibility for innovation, the responsibility for discovering and training the science and technology personnel, the responsibility for realizing the social and economic benefits, the responsibility for promoting international exchange and cooperation, and the responsibility for responding emergency. The article also indicates that the editor for science and technology periodical should advance with the time, and have the courage to take social responsibilities.
