摘要
目的:观察缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗社区轻、中度高血压的疗效及安全性。方法:将2009年12月-2010年12月我院78例轻、中度高血压病患者随机均分为2组,观察组采用缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,对照组仅采用缬沙坦治疗,观察、比较2组的临床疗效、不良反应及对血压、心率的影响。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后收缩压、舒张压及脉压均较治疗前显著下降(P<0.05);且观察组收缩压、舒张压及脉压均显著低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗轻、中度高血压,可以明显提高临床疗效、降低患者血压和脉压,且安全性较好。
OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treat- ment of mild to moderate hypertension. METHODS： From Dec. 2009 to Dec. 2010, 78 cases of mild to moderate hypertension in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. Observation group （39 cases） were treated with valsartan combined with hydro- chlorothiazide while control group （39 cases） were treated with valsartan alone. The clinical efficacy, adverse drug reactions, blood pressure and heart rate were observed and compared between 2 groups. RESULTS： The total effective rate in observation group were significantly higher than in control group, there were significant difference between 2 groups （P〈0.05）. Compared with pre-treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure were significantly decreased after treatment in 2 groups, there were significant difference（P〈0.05）. Moreover, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse pressure in observation group were significantly lower than in control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse drug reaction between 2 groups （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS： Valsartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of primary hypertension can improve clinical efficacy, decrease blood pressure and pulse pressure and have no severe adverse drug reaction.
