摘要
目的观察温针配合整脊手法治疗腰椎退行性滑脱症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎退行性滑脱症患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组28例。治疗组采用温针配合整脊疗法治疗,对照组采用药物配合腰椎牵引治疗。两组均在2个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组为75.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针配合整脊手法是一种治疗腰椎退行性滑脱症的有效方法。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of warm-needling therapy plus chiropractic in treating degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis （DLS）. Method Sixty patients with DLS were randomized into a treatment group （n=32） and a control group （n=28）. The treatment group was intervened by warm-needling therapy plus chiropractic, and the control group was by medication plus lumbar traction. The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups after 2 treatment courses. Result The total effective rate was 96.9% in the treatment group versus 75.0% in the control group, and the difl＇erence was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Warm-needling plus chiropractic is an effective approach in treating degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis.
