摘要
自主创新能力提升是大庆油田实现可持续发展的重要途径,实施知识管理是提升大庆油田自主创新能力的主要动力源泉。阐述了知识管理对大庆油田自主创新能力提升的重要性,提出了应用知识管理提升大庆油田自主创新能力的策略。
Independent innovation ability is an important approach for Daqing Oilfield＇s sustainable development.Implementing knowledge management is the source of power of Daqing Oilfield＇s independent innovation ability.The paper demonstrates the significance of knowledge management to improve Daqing Oilfield＇s independent innovation ability.Finally,countermeasures of applying knowledge management for improving Daqing Oilfield＇s independent innovation ability are presented.
