摘要
基于文献计量法论证知识管理不是一种管理时尚,利用库恩的学科定义标准验证知识管理是一门新兴学科,并概述国内外在知识管理学科的研究对象、学科定位、相关学科、理论基础、学科体系、研究方法等方面的研究进展。
Based on bibliometrics, this paper demonstrates that knowledge management is not another management style, validates that knowledge management is an emerging discipline by the use of Kuhn＇ s definition criteria of discipline, and summarizes the progress of the research at home and abroad on the object of study, academic orientation, related disciplines, theoretical bases, disciplinary system, research method of knowledge management science.
