摘要
本文试图从文化哲学的层面回答"何谓休闲"、"休闲是感性的还是理性的"、"是精神的还是物质的"、"是一种意义还是一种行为？"。文章认为，休闲作为一种现实存在，首先是通过人的外在的行为表现出来，并由特定历史时代的人们对他们所面临的生命历程和所抱有的生活理想而确立起来的文化样式、生活方式和价值取向所决定的。因而，休闲本身是一种文化，一种人类文明程度的标尺，一个意义世界。
This paper makes a systematic exposition of the importance of the humankind from cultural philosophical perspective. It try to answer some questions: 'What is leisure?''Is it a sense of perceptive or rational?''Is it concerning the spiritual or material?' 'Is it about the meaning or the behavior of human being?' It tells us that leisure as one kind Of the objective reality itself through out the behaviors and decided by human way of cultural, life style, tendency of value they face in the life's journey. So Leisure itself is one aspect of culture, one ruler of marking civilization, and belongs to the world of significance.
