摘要
采用CFD方法对热管空气热回收器进行了数值模拟研究,分析了其冷凝段和蒸发段空气侧的温度场和速度场。模拟了不同管排组合方式、不同室内外温差及不同风量对热管空气热回收器换热性能的影响。结果表明,"1对1"管排组合的总换热量最大,"2对2"管排组合其次,"4对4"管排组合最小;并发现模拟结果与试验结果误差在5%以内,验证了所建模型的合理性。模拟结果为实际工程应用提供数据支持。
CFD method was used in numerical simulation of the heat pipe air heat recoverer,and the air-side temperature field and velocity field was analyzed.The heat transfer effect of the heat pipe air heat recover that caused by different combinations of tube rows,the different temperature of indoor and outdoor and air volume was simulated.The results showed that the heat capacity of the tube rows"1 to 1" combination was the maximum,the heat capacity of the tube rows"4 to 4" combination was the minimum,the heat capacity of the tube rows"2 to 2" combination was in between;and found the error of simulation results and testing results is in less than 5%,verified the model is reasonable.The simulation results provided the data foundation to the practical application of engineering.
