摘要
热管的工作性能会随着其结构的不同而改变。本文采用离散型计算方法,研究了不同管排组合方式对分离组合式空气热回收器传热性能的影响。计算结果表明,不同管排组合方式对蒸发段和冷凝段的出口温度和换热量均存在影响,得出了空气热回收器的最佳管排排列方式,为工程实际应用提供理论依据。
The performances of heat pipe vary with the different of configurations.In this paper,the discrete algorithm is employed to study the influence of different bank of tubes combinations on the heat transfer performance of the separation of combined air heat recoverer.The calculation results show that the outlet temperature and heat transfer capacity of the evaporation zone and condensation zone influenced by the different bank of tubes combinations.The optimal of bank of tubes combinations also obtained according the calculation results.The calculation results provide the theoretical foundation to the practical application of engineering in this paper.
