摘要 质量控制是环境监测质量管理的重点和难点,加强全程质量控制才能确保监测数据的准确性和可靠性。结合环境监测工作实际,应用国标经典分析方法—乙酰丙酮分光光度法(GB/T15516-1995)对空气和废气中甲醛测定进行了全程质量控制技术探讨。概述了方法原理,简介了方法所需仪器与试剂,深入探讨了运用国标法进行空气和废气中甲醛测定全程质量控制技术问题。指出在标准分析方法基础上,选用有效期内的质量合格的分析纯以上试剂,正确进行样品测定预处理,严格规范样品显色、冷却与比色方式,准确进行分析结果数据处理,切实加强结果填报规定程式,能够确保大批量、成分复杂未知气样甲醛测定精密度和准确度。 Quality control is the emphasis and difficulty in quality management of environmental monitoring, only strengthened whole-course quality control can guarantee the accuracy and reliability of the monitoring data. Based on the actual condition of environmental monitoring, the application of the national standard classical analytical method--acetylacetone spectrophotometric method (GB/T15516-1995) to whole-course quality control technology questions in determining the formaldehyde in air and waste gas was studied. The principle of the method was summed up and the requested instruments and reagents in the method were briefly introduced. The whole-course quality control technology questions in the determination of formaldehyde in air and waste gas by using the national standard method have been analyzed in depth. It was pointed out that on the base of standard method, choosing the within validity period, qualified, analytical and above reagents, preprocessing the samples for determination accurately, normalizing the method of coloration, cooling and colorimetry of samples strictly, processing the data of analysis results accurately, strengthening stipulated procedure of result filling-reporting effectively, which can guarantee the accuracy and precision in the determination of formaldehyde in large batches and composition complicated unknown gas samples.
