摘要
目的探讨消化系统疾病与A型行为之间的相关性。方法对130例消化系统疾病患者及98例正常人做A型行为问卷测量。结果患病组与对照组A型行为人数存在显著差异(χ2=4.98,P<0.05);5种行为类型人数存在显著差异(2χ=6.844,P<0.05);患病组TH积分、TH+CH积分均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论显著的A型行为者与消化系统疾病有着紧密联系,影响着疾病的发生、发展和治疗。
Objective To find out the relationship between digestive diseases and Type-A oenavlor. Mecnoos DO measurement of type-A behavior for 130 cases and 98 health person. Results Two groups＇number of type--A behavior case were significantly different （x2 = 4.98, P〈 0.05 ） ; five types behavior case were significantly different （x2 = 6. 844, P 〈0.05 ） ; disease group＇s TH,TH＋CH points were significantly higher than the health group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Type-A behaviors is closely linked with the digestive system diseases,and affecting the diseases development and treatment.
