功能性胃肠病与精神障碍的共病 被引量：9

摘要 功能性胃肠病是一组消化系统常见疾病,相当比例的患者同时合并焦虑、抑郁等精神障碍。这两类疾病的共病现象在近年来备受关注:应用抗抑郁药治疗功能性胃肠病的临床经验证明了两类疾病的相关性,病理生理方面的研究进展揭示了抑郁障碍患者胃肠生理改变的规律和共病的潜在机制。然而目前对于共病的研究还大多停留在对于焦虑、抑郁状态的描述层面,更鲜有治疗研究能够区别焦虑障碍、抑郁障碍亚组患者对治疗的反应。今后的共病研究可在对精神障碍诊断和共病干预效果方面进行更深入的探讨。
