摘要
本文阐述了世界渔业管理的目标和类型 ,分析了中国渔业管理的成就及有待解决的问题 ,剖析了传统渔业管理的局限性 ,论述了引进TAC(总允许渔获量)管理制度的必要性。
This paper expounds the objectives and types of the fisheries management in the world, analyses the achievements of the fisheries management in China and some problems to be solved, discusses the limit of traditional fisheries management and the necessity of importing the new management system TAC(Totle Allowing Catch).
