摘要
[目的]为黄瓜的科学栽培提供参考。[方法]以黄瓜种子及幼苗为试材,设置5、10、20、40、80、160 mg/L 6个水杨酸(SA)浓度,研究不同浓度SA对低温下黄瓜种子萌发及幼苗抗寒性的影响。[结果]试验浓度范围内的SA均提高了黄瓜种子低温下的萌发率,以浓度40 mg/L的效果最佳;常温下浓度10 mg/L的SA能显著地提高SOD活性,低温下浓度160 mg/L的SA能极显著地提高SOD活性;常温下SA处理使超氧自由基含量极显著下降,可以降低活性氧伤害,但低温下使其升高并因此诱导了SOD活性的升高;常温、低温下均可引起脯氨酸含量升高。[结论]SA对增强黄瓜幼苗的抗低温能力有积极作用。
[Objective] The study provided the reference for the scientific cultivation of cucumber.[Method] With the seeds and seedlings of the cucumber as the tested materials,6 concn.of salicylic acid(SA) were set up as 5,10,20,40,80,and 160 mg/L to study the influence of SA with different concn.on the germination of the seed and cold resistance of the seedlings in the cucumber under the low temperature.[Result] In the test concn.range,SA treatment could all increase the germination ratio of the cucumber seeds at the low temperature,with 40 mg/L SA getting the best results.10 mg/L SA could significantly improve SOD activity at the normal temperature and 160 mg/L SA could extremely significantly improve the SOD activity at the low temperature.SA treatment could extremely significantly reduce the superoxide radical content and decrease the damage by the reactive oxygen at the normal temperature,but it could increase the superoxide radical content at the low temperature so as to induce the rise of the SOD activity.SA treatments all could cause the rise of the proline content at the normal temperature or low temperature.[Conclusion] SA showed the positive role in enhancing the resistance ability to the low temperature for the cucumber seedlings.
