摘要
以玉米品种龙原288(2006、2007两年生产的)为试验材料,研究不同浓度PEG、生根剂、千斤顶浸种对玉米幼苗生长发育的影响,遴选出玉米施用PEG、生根剂、千斤顶的最佳浓度。结果表明,不同浓度PEG、生根剂、千斤顶浸种处理后均可提高玉米种子的出苗率,10%浓度PEG、1 mg/L千斤顶、2.5 g/L生根剂处理对2006年种子出苗率提高效果明显;15%浓度PEG、2 mg/L千斤顶、2.5 g/L生根剂处理对2007年种子出苗率提高效果明显。对2个不同年份的玉米,10%浓度PEG和2.5 g/L生根剂处理能很好的促进了幼苗生长,不同浓度的千斤顶均抑制幼苗生长。3种药剂均促进根系发育,且第一片叶比对照宽,叶片数增多。
Maize variety Longyuan 288 (two years of 2006,2007 ) were used to study the effects of different concentration of PEG, Rooting Pharmacy,Qianjinding on growth and development of maize seedling in this study. The best PEG,Rooting Pharmacy, Qianjinding concentration were determined. The results showed that seedling germination rate were improved though immersing seeds in PEG,Rooting Pharmacy, Qianjinding, the 10% concentration of PEG, l mg/L Qianjinding,2.5 g/L Rooting Pharmacy were clearly improve of germination of seeds in 2006;15% concentration of PEG,2 mg/L Qianjinding,2.5 g/L Rooting Pharmacy were Obviously improve of germination of seeds in 2007. On two different years of maize, 10% concentration of PEG and 2.5 g/L Rooting Pharmacy can Promote the seedling growth, the Qianjinding of different concentrations were inhibited seedling growth. three kinds of Pharmacy were promote to root growth ,the first leaves was wider than that of the control, Increased in the number of leaves.
