摘要
校友资源是高校发展可以依赖的资源,校友资源在促进高校的就业工作中起着重要作用,在充分了解高校校友资源特点的基础上,合理运用校友资源促进大学生就业是可能并且必要的。创建并完善校友资源管理和利用的合理机制,对促进大学生就业具有重要意义。
Alumni, as reliable and important resources in the development of higher education, play a significant role in boosting college students＇ employment. It is possible and also necessary to make rational use of alumni resources based on a full knowledge of the characteristics of the resources. Therefore it is of great significance to build a sound mechanism for management and use of alumni resources in order to boost college students＇ employment.
