摘要
校友资源是与高校关系最为密切的校外人力资源,在学校建设发展中有着教育学生、鼓舞教师、支持教学、开展合作以及筹措办学资金等重要作用。全面开发利用校友资源,既可以提高学校的办学水平和竞争力,也能满足校友回报母校的愿望,还是学校继续教育的需要。以科学发展观统揽校友工作,持续、合理、广泛、有效地开发利用校友资源,最大限度地发挥校友资源在办学中的效益和作用,使不竭的校友资源转化为丰富的教育资源。
As the external human resources that have the closest relations with the university, alumni resources play important roles in development of a university, such as educating students, inspiring fac- ulty, supporting teaching and research, carrying out cooperative projects and raising funds. To fully de- velop and utilize alumni resources can not only promote a university＇s competitiveness, but also meet the alumni＇s wills to repay their Alma Mater. It is suggested that the alumni resources should be developed and utilized in a constant, rational, broad and effective way, so as to change the inexhaustible alumni re- sources into plenty educational resources.
