摘要
从化学成分、金相组织等方面对冷激合金铸铁凸轮轴的性能加以分析 ,同时分析了冷铁的形状、尺寸及质量对硬化层硬度的影响。将自行生产的冷激合金铸铁凸轮轴与日本“MC”冷激合金铸铁凸轮轴加以对比 ,得出只要合金元素选择和配比得当 ,仍能得到理想结果的结论。
Property of chilled alloy cast iron camshaft is analyzed with respect to chemical constituent,microstructure etc.At the same time,effect of shape,dimension and quality of the chill iron upon the hardness of hardened layer are also analyzed.After compare the self produced chilled alloy cast iron camshaft with the Japanese“MC”chilled alloy cast iron camshaft,an idea is formed that if the alloy elements are well selected and are in the right proportion,ideal result can also be obtained.
