摘要
建立健全“党员长期受教育，永葆先进性”的党员教育管理机制，是巩固和扩大党员先进性教育活动成果的迫切要求，也是摆在高校各级党组织面前一个重要课题。根据近年来形势发展的要求，积极探索加强高校党员教育管理的长效机制，不断寻找增强高校党员教育管理的针对性、实效性，成为高校党组织的重要任务。
It is an urgent requirement to build complete Party member administration to keep the members educated and the progressiveness, and also a very important subject in the face of the Party organizations in high colleges. According to the requirement of the situation, it has become the vital job of the Party organ- ization in colleges to explore the long-term mechanism to educate the Party members in colleges and find the effective ways and pertinence to carry out the education to Party members.
