摘要
高校渐行渐远的师生关系昭示出社会多元化背景下高等教育在教师综合素质、师生交往、课程设置、教学管理等方面受到了挑战。高等教育面临着宗旨和方向方面的调整和革新,在政策导向和人力、物力的投入等具体的策略方面也急需变更和完善。
The estranged teacher-student relationship in colleges manifests that higher education is facing a number of challenges in teacher's comprehensive quality,teacher-student communication,course offering and teaching management on the diversity society background.Tenet and direction of higher education should be adjusted and innovated,moreover,some concrete strategy aspects such as policy direction,manpower and material input are badly in need of changing and completing.
