复发性多软骨炎6例诊治体会 被引量：3

摘要 复发性多软骨炎（relapsing polychondritis,RP）是一种广泛累及软骨和结缔组织的炎性破坏性自身免疫性疾病。以反复发作的耳鼻喉及气管支气管的炎症为主要临床表现,并可出现眼、内耳等特殊器官病变。本病临床罕见,诊治困难。宜昌市第一人民医院收治RP患者6例,现将其临床表现。
