摘要
目的提高对复发性多软骨炎(RP)的认识和早期诊治水平。方法报道2例RP患者的临床资料,并进行相关文献复习。结果 2例患者均有耳鼻喉等多器官软骨侵犯,给予糖皮质激素治疗后症状控制。结论 RP是少见的自身免疫性疾病,早期临床表现不典型,易误诊、漏诊。经皮质激素、免疫抑制剂、氨苯砜治疗可控制症状。
Objective To improve the understanding of the clinical features and early diagnosis and treatments of re- lapsing polychondritis （RP）. Methods Clinical data of 2 patients suffering from RP was analyzed retrospectively, and the lit- erature was reviewed. Results RP involving many cartilaginous organs such as ear, nose, larynx and so on was found in the two patients. Both cases were treated with corticosteroid and controlled successfully without recurrence. Conclusion RP was rare autoimmune system disease with atypical early clinical manifestation misdiagnosis and miss diagnosis easily occurred. Corti- costeroids, immunosuppressive agents, dapsone could be used in these patients to control symptoms.
