摘要
本文首次报道对南海红树林内生真菌ZH-111代谢产物的研究工作,从菌体中分离得到6个化合物:4-羟甲基-7-甲氧基-6-甲基-1(3H)-异苯并呋喃酮(1),环缩肽(Exumolide A)(2),双内酯(3),7,8-二甲基苯并[g]蝶啶-2,4(1H,3H)-二酮(4),弯孢霉菌素(5),5,5'-氧-二亚甲基-双(2-呋喃甲醛)(6),通过MS、NMR等波谱分析方法确定它们的结构。结构独特的化合物1首次从海洋微生物中分离发现,初步药理活性显示化合物1和2对人体肝癌细胞hepG2抑制的IC50值为20及35μg/mL。
The metabolites of mangrove endophytic fungusNo·ZH-111 was studied for the first time.Six metabolites,4-hydroxymethyl-7-methoxy-6-methyl-1(3H)-iso benzofuranone(1),Exumolide A(2),dilactone(3),7,8-dimethylbenzo[g]pteridine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione(4),Curvularin(5),5,5′-oxy-dimethylene-bis(2-fur-aldehyde)(6),were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus ZH-111 from the South China Sea.Their structures were elucidated by spectral data.Compound 1 was isolated from microorganism for the first time.In the preliminary bioassay,1 and 2 showed inhibitory activity on the hepG2 cell line with IC50 values of 20μg/mL and 35μg/mL,respectively.
