耐药突变选择窗理论的研究与意义

摘要 随着抗菌药的广泛应用,细菌的耐药性问题变得越来越严重。现在几乎每一种有效的抗菌药物都发现了相应的耐药菌,其耐药水平越来越高,甚至出现了多重耐药菌株。传统的基于最小抑菌浓度(MIC)的治疗策略是通过抗菌药物杀死或抑制敏感细菌而控制感染,再通过宿主防御系统清除耐药变异菌。
