摘要
评价村卫生站应用抗菌药物的现状。对本市14个村卫生站2004年～2006年抗菌药物的使用金额、数量及在用药总量中所占比例进行统计、分析。结果表明,村卫生站所应用的抗菌药物以头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、大环内酯类为主,存在不合理应用现象。应加强对村卫生站抗菌药物使用的管理。
The status quo of the use of antibiotics in village clinics was evaluated.The data about the amount and money of antibiotics used from 2004 to 2006 in fourteen village clinics were collected and analyzed.The results showed that cephalosporins,quinolones and macrolides were widely used in village clinics and irrational use existed.Application management of antibiotics in village clinics should be intensified.
