摘要
目的:探讨脑外伤后脑梗死的诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析近5年45例脑外伤后脑梗死患者的临床资料。结果:病人治疗后,按GOS标准评价,良好26例、中残10例、重残3例、植物状态生存2例、死亡3例,放弃治疗1例。结论:密切观察患者病情变化,早期诊断和早期治疗是提高脑外伤后脑梗死病人生存质量的重要环节。
Objective： To explore the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral infarction after brain injury. Methods： Clinical data of 45 patients with cerebral infarction after brain injury from 2005.9-2010.10 were studied. Results：Assessed according to GOS, 22 patients recovered, 9 moderately disabled, 3 severe disabled, 2 vegetatively survived, 3 died and 1 abandoned therapy. Conclusion： The patients should be watched closely; early diagnosis and early treatment, are important to improve the quality of life of cerebral infarction patients.
