摘要
目的探讨脑外伤后脑梗死的病因及防治措施。方法总结分析32例确诊颅脑外伤后脑梗死患者的临床资料与相应的治疗。结果所有病例均为重型脑外伤行开颅血肿清除、去骨瓣减压术,术后出现脑梗死,其中治愈5例,好转9例,死亡18例。结论重型脑外伤患者容易并发脑梗死,病死率极高,早期诊断和早期综合治疗是提高疗效的重要措施。
Objective To explore the cause and preventative, measure for cerebral infarction after brain injury. Methods The clinical data and remedial experience were analysed in 32 patients with cerebral infarction after brain injury. Results All patients were operated. 5 cases healed,9 cases mended, 18 cases died after opration. Conclusion The dead rate and complication with cerebral infarction are very high in severel brain injury. Repeated CF and MRI are primarily diagnostic method for cerebral infarction after brain injured. It is important that cerebral infarction after brain injuryis diagnosed and treated cearly.
