摘要
现采用SolidWorks软件对某鼓风机叶轮建立三维模型,并利用SimulationXpress模块直接对叶轮零件进行有限元分析,求出在工作转速下叶轮的应力、变形情况,以及考虑刚化效应对叶轮模态振型的影响,求得叶轮的各阶固有频率和振型,并计算出各阶的临界转速。其分析结果有利于叶轮的结构优化设计与性能改进。
This paper uses SolidWorks software to establish a 3 D model of blower impeller and applies the SimulationXpress module to the finite element analysis of the impeller parts,to get the stress and deformation in the rotating speed of the impeller to obtain the each order natural frequency and vibration and to calculate the critical speed of each order. The impeller structure optimization design makes its performance improved.
