摘要
假设风力机叶片是一个末端固支的悬臂梁结构 ,以有限元方法建立风力机叶片的振动方程 ,以实际的风力机 7FD- 2 0 0为例 ,应用国际通用的大型有限元分析程序 AL GOR— FEAS,对其振动特性进行分析。 BORL ANDC3.1语言为编程工具 ,在 Auto CAD12 for Win ADS( Auto CAD DevelopmentSystem )环境下开发了简便易用的前处理模块 ,自动生成叶片的有限元网格图。在计算中 ,把风力机叶片的振动分为垂直于旋转平面的挥舞振动、旋转平面内的摆振振动及绕叶片轴线的扭转振动 ,分别计算了其前五阶的固有频率和振型。
This paper presents the blade vibration analysis hypothesizing the blade a cantilever beam fixed on one end ,the vibration equation of HAWT blade is developed using the finite element method.Analysis of natural vibration characteristics of an actual wind turbine model '7FD 200'is made using the ALGOR FEAS. In order to make the software appropriate to wind turbine blade a net generation module is developed with the BORLANDC3.1 language under the environment of AUTOCAD12 for Win ADS(AutoCAD Development System).The blade finite element net will be generated automatically.In the calculation,the vibration of the blade is divided into three kinds of vibrations,such as flap,flutter and torsion.The five lower order natural vibration frequencies and vibration shapes of each kind vibration are calculated respectively.
