智能终端与断路器操作机构防跳配合问题分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the match between outlet circuit in smart terminal module and anti-bouncing circuit in breaker operating mechanism

摘要 介绍在110 kV曾家冲智能变电站调试过程中发生的1例断路器合闸线圈拒动故障,分析断路器操作机构防跳回路、智能终端出口回路和软件防跳判别逻辑的工作原理,以及它们之间的电气关系;通过计算,分析出该故障是由于智能终端合位保持继电器(HBJ)线圈保持电流与断路器操作机构防跳接触器保持电流配合不当导致的;提出更换HBJ线圈并联功率电阻的解决方法并现场验证通过。智能变电站实现了二次系统网络化,但在一次操作机构到智能终端之间仍然靠电缆电气连接,原来的分析方法并未过时,且目前二次部分和一次部分由不同厂家设计制造,其配合关系仍需要注意。 The paper introduces that a closing coil of breaker failed to operate during the commissiong of 110 kV Zengjiachong smart substation and analyses the operating principles of anti-bouncing circuit of breaker operating mechanism,outlet circuit in smart terminal and logical anti-bouncing and the connection among each other.By calculating the holding current,the conclusion is achieved that the fault cause was mismatch between holding current of HBJ coil in smart terminal and anti-bouncing contactor coil of breaker operating mechanism.The problem has been solved by replacing impedance paralleled with HBJ coil and the method was verified to be available.Although network has been used in smart substation,the ordinary copper cables do still exist in operating mechanism circuits and smart terminals,so the original method is still valid.The breaker and operating box are designed and manufactured by separate suppliers,and the mismatch problem still needs attention.
