电针预处理对血管性痴呆大鼠海马组织病理形态学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察电针预处理对血管性痴呆(VD)大鼠海马组织病理形态学的影响。方法 SD大鼠随机分为电针预处理组、模型组、正常组、假手术组。采用改良线栓法制备VD模型,观察电针百会、肾俞、后三里后VD大鼠海马组织病理学形态。结果电针预处理组海马神经元排列比较整齐,数目较多。结论电针对VD大鼠海马神经元细胞有保护作用;电针预处理可以有效阻止脑缺血对海马神经元的损害。 Objective To observe the effect of electro - acupuncture (EA) pretreatment on pathomorphology of Hippocampus in vascular vementia (VD) Rats. Methods SD rats were induced vascular dementia randomized into the electro - acupuncture pretreatment, model, normal and sham operation groups. Methods of modified suture embolization was applied to reduplicate VD model, which were then underwent EA at Baihui( DU 29), Shenshu ( BL 23), Zusanli ( ST 36) and hippocampus histomorphopathological changes. Results The arrangement of nerve cell become order and the amount become more in the group of Electric acupuncture pretreatment oif Vascular Dementia Rats. Conclusion The EA pretreatment efficiently prevents the hippocampal neuron from damage due to cerebral ischemia, therefore exerts protective effects to the neurons in hippoeampus.
