摘要
目的探讨腰椎间盘镜下髓核摘除术(MED)联合臭氧消融术治疗多节段腰椎间盘突出症的方法。方法对已确诊为多节段腰椎间盘突出症的51例患者采用MED联合臭氧消融术治疗。结果本组MED手术平均时间为75min(55～130min),平均出血量80ml(50～110ml)。无脑脊液漏、神经损伤、感染等并发症,手术切口均I期愈合。51例患者术后,优42例,良8例,可1例。结论 MED联合臭氧消融术治疗多节段腰椎间盘突出症具有创伤小、恢复快、疗效可靠的优势。
Objective To discuss the method of treating multi-segmental lumbar disc herniation by applying micro endoscopic disectomy（MED） in combination with ozone ablation. Methods 51 clinically diagnosed patients of multi-segmental lumbar disc herniation were treated with MED in combination with ozone ablation. Results In 51 cases patients, the average operative time was 75min（55 - 130min）, the average blood loss was 80ml（50 -110ml）. No cerebrospinal fluid leakage, nerve injury, infection and other complications, surgical incisions are I heal. 51 cases patients after surgery, excellent 42 cases, good 8 cases,fair 1 case. Conclusion Endoscopic disectomy in combination with ozone ablation in treating muhi-segmental lumbar disc herniation has the advantages of small trauma,rapid recovery and reliable effect.
