摘要
目的 探讨循证护理在规避围术期患者低体温风险中的护理效果。方法 选取2011年2～5月于本院手术室行腹腔镜手术的40例妇科患者为研究对象,采用循证护理模式,应用联合保温措施对手术患者进行规避低体温风险的护理,观察术后患者体温及寒战情况。结果 2例患者术后体温略低,其余在36℃以上,无一例发生术后寒战。结论 循证护理在规避围术期患者低体温风险中应用效果良好,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the evidence-based care in the perioperative period to avoid the risk of hypothermia in patients nursing effect.Methods February to May 2011 in the hospital operating room for laparoscopic surgery,40 cases of gynecological patients in this study,the use of evidence-based care model,combined insulation measures applied to surgical patients to avoid the risk of hypothermia care,intraoperative the situation in patients with body temperature and chills.Results except for 2 patients were slightly lower body temperature,the more than 36 degrees Celsius are in no case of postoperative shivering.Conclusion Evidence-based care in patients to avoid perioperative hypothermia risk with good results should be widely applied.
