摘要
目的 对精神科开设开放式病房家属留陪对精神疾病患者康复的影响因素进行总结分析。方法 抽取80例在我院就诊的患有精神分裂症的临床确诊患者病例,将其分为A、B2组,平均每组40例。A组患者在封闭式病房中不在家属陪护下进行治疗;B组患者在开放式病房在家属的陪护下进行治疗。对2组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症和不良反应情况、影响患者康复的因素进行分析。结果 B组患者的临床治疗效果与A组患者比较,其有效率明显高出很多(P<0.05);2组患者在治疗过程中,均没有出现比较严重的并发症和不良反应现象,没有显著的统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 开设开放式病房使精神分裂症患者在家属的陪护下接受治疗,可以使患者的临床治疗效果显著提高,并可以使患者的治疗时间显著缩短,值得进一步的使用和推广。
Objective To set up an open psychiatric ward to accompany family members to stay on the rehabilitation of patients with mental illness factors were analyzed.Methods Selected 80 cases in our hospital suffering from mental disorders in patients with clinically diagnosed cases will be divided into A,B groups,each group average of 40 cases.A group of patients in the ward is not closed under the treatment of accompanying family members;B patients in open wards in the accompanying family members under the treatment.Two groups of patients in clinical treatment,complications and adverse reactions,the factors affecting the rehabilitation of patients analyzed.Results Clinical group B treatment compared with patients in group A,significantly higher than many of its efficiency（P0.05）;two groups of patients during treatment,are no more serious complications and adverse reactions phenomenon, no significant statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Opened open wards mental illness in their families to accompany the next treatment,patients can significantly improve clinical outcomes,and patients can significantly shorten the treatment time,worthy of further use and promotion.
