摘要
为推动精神卫生服务模式的创新与优化,对精神科日间住院模式的概念进行阐述,并总结国内外精神科日间住院模式在精神疾病患者治疗与康复中的应用现状,包括发展历程、运行模式、开展优势、目前存在的问题、风险及管理对策,旨在为我国精神专科医院日间住院管理模式的构建和完善提供参考。
To support innovation and optimization in mental health service delivery,this paper defines the psychiatric day-hospital model and reviews its current use at home and abroad for treating and rehabilitating people with mental disorders.The review covers the model's evolution,operational approaches,strengths,prevailing challenges and risks,and corresponding management strategies.The goal is to inform the development and refinement of day-hospital management models in China's psychiatric specialty hospitals.
