摘要
新建本科院校在大众化高等教育的背景下,面临着发展的机遇和挑战,要在高等教育大发展的浪潮中斩浪前进,稳步发展,就必须遵循高等教育发展规律,推行科学管理、质量管理,建立教学质量长效监控机制,以质量强校。在实践中以创新的思路建立了一套新建本科院校内部教学质量监控体系。
Newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities face the development opportunities and challenges in the popular higher education background,which demands that they should follow the higher education development law,carry out scientific management,quality management,and set up the teaching quality monitoring system to prosper school by quality.Based on the practice in the thinking of innovation,this paper has established a set of teaching quality monitoring system within newly-established undergraduate colleges and universities.
